A sense of belonging
I am excited about finding 2 cousins through facebook. There is something in me that yearns to connect with family, those who share my blood/genes. We share our Grandparents Nina and Nick. I have a real sense of belonging (at last). It feels like my heart lies with the family of Du Pille. Warmth and peace comes from finding my place.

I think that you always belonged with us, even if we did not properly know of eachother.

It's great that we have made the connection at last. Not so great is the fact that Louise and I live in NZ so can't easily meet up with you (although NZ is a great holiday destination!), but there are still many du Pilles (and descendants) in the UK that we can help you connect with if you would like.
I'm very glad you have a warm feeling. Louise and I share that warmth. I hope that, over time, this feeling may lessen the hurt that you have felt with your personal journey.
